Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, chaired the meeting of the University Needs Committee, in the presence of Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Nasser Abdel-Bari, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Counselor Omar Turki, Legal Advisor to the President of the University, and members of the committee from the deans of the concerned faculties, and the Director General of Faculty Affairs.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased began the meeting by congratulating the members of the committee, the university staff, the Islamic nation, and the Egyptian people on the occasion of the Prophet's birthday, wishing that these blessed days would return to the Egyptian and Islamic people with blessings and blessings, and that God would accept good deeds from everyone.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, Chairman, pointed out that the committee discussed the needs of the colleges and the foundations of appointment and assignment according to the established rules and regulating laws, explaining that the committee also discussed the announcement of the College of Artificial Intelligence for its need for teaching staff and auxiliary staff, in addition to discussing the assignment of teaching assistants in the clinical departments of the College of Medicine and the Liver Institute. Dr. Ahmed El-Kased stressed the need to adhere to the five-year plan approved by the University Council and to adhere to transparency and objectivity when developing the needs plan and that the appointment be in accordance with the actual needs of the colleges and the regulating legal rules and the law regulating universities, indicating the need to set clear definitions and conditions for each job.
