Today, Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon, Governor of Menoufia, received in his office at the General Diwan, Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, and Major General Mohamed Sobhi Mahna, Director of the Recruitment and Mobilization Department of the Armed Forces.

This visit comes on the sidelines of attending the ceremony to hand over military exemption certificates to people with disabilities, in the celebration hall of the Faculty of Law, Menoufia University, within the framework of full cooperation between Menoufia Governorate, the Armed Forces and the University, to provide all means of support to our children with disabilities in implementation of the directives of the political leadership, in the presence of Professor Mohamed Moussa, Deputy Governor, and Brigadier General Mohamed Abdel Moneim Qabil, Director of the Tanta Recruitment and Mobilization Region.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased expressed his deep appreciation for all the sincere efforts made to serve the country, and to care for and empower university students with special abilities and people of determination.

The envoy also expressed his thanks and appreciation to the governor and Major General Mohamed Sobhi Mahna, Director of the Recruitment and Mobilization Department of the Armed Forces, for his efforts to serve our children with disabilities to write a new line in the future to achieve the vision of Menoufia University.

The university president stressed that society appreciates its children with special abilities and provides them with all possible support and care, so that they can participate in development, progress and comprehensive renaissance in all fields to raise the status of the homeland, noting that the university provides all means of support and care for students with disabilities.

For his part, the Governor of Menoufia welcomed the President of the University, the Director of the Recruitment and Mobilization Department and the accompanying delegation to Menoufia, stressing that the Egyptian state pays great attention to its people with disabilities in various fields, emphasizing their rights and overcoming the obstacles they face, which contributes to their integration into all sectors and activities within society and providing them with a decent life based on the presidential initiative "A New Beginning for Building the Human Being", praising the efforts made by the Armed Forces through the Recruitment and Mobilization Department to care for people with disabilities and provide them with means of support and facilitation, considering them an integral part of the fabric of this country. ️

The Director of the Recruitment Department also appreciated the tangible efforts made by the Governor of Menoufia in supporting families with priority care, especially our children with disabilities and the elderly, and providing them with all forms of necessary support, stressing the keenness of the General Command of the Armed Forces and its continuous continuation in providing services to citizens and providing means of comfort and safety and alleviating their suffering and hardship and helping them in ending their recruitment status. At the end of the meeting, shields were exchanged as souvenirs.
