Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, received Major General Ibrahim Abuleimon, Governor of Menoufia, within the framework of mutual visits between the two parties to enhance means of cooperation between the university and the governorate, which is necessary to achieve balanced and sustainable development. Through effective partnership between the two parties, an integrated society can be created capable of facing challenges and building a bright future for all the people of the governorate.

The President of the University welcomed the Governor to the university, expressing his happiness with this meeting, and expressing his thanks and appreciation for the Governor's constant support for all the university's events and activities, stressing that cooperation between the university and the governorate enhances the role of academic institutions in serving the community, as universities are not just educational and research institutions, but rather a basic partner in the development of local communities, due to their scientific expertise and human resources capable of contributing to solving social and economic problems. Cooperation also allows the university to provide studies and research that contribute to developing the infrastructure and improving public services such as health, education and transportation.
Through joint projects between the university and the governorate, training programs can be developed to prepare students for the local labor market, thus reducing unemployment rates. The university can also, through its research centers, provide innovative solutions to various problems that the governorate may face, in addition to the services provided by the governorate to the university to implement the university's strategy that is in line with Egypt's Vision 2030 and the goals of sustainable development. Major General Ibrahim Abuleimon congratulated the university president and all the university's sons and employees on the occasion of the approaching forty-eighth anniversary of Menoufia University, this distinguished scientific edifice that we are all proud of, and which represents a beacon of science and knowledge in our beloved governorate and our dear country. The governor stressed that the university's efforts in developing education, scientific research and community service reflect its noble mission and pioneering role in building promising generations, and enhancing the path of development and renaissance, stressing his full support for strengthening the bonds of cooperation between the governorate and the university, in order to achieve the common aspirations of both parties and serve the people of the governorate.
