Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, met today with Dr. Shaden Moawia, President of Sadat City University, at the university headquarters in Sadat City, within the framework of mutual visits and activation of the cooperation protocol between the two parties to provide integrated services to the people of the governorate.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Nasser Abdel Bary, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Ekramy Gamal, Secretary General of the University. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Khaled Jaafar, Vice President of Sadat City University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Emad Zakaria, Secretary General of the University, Dr. Ahmed Nower, Dean of the Genetic Engineering Institute, and Counselor Ahmed Sorour, Legal Advisor to Sadat University.
During the visit, Dr. Ahmed El-Kased stressed the importance of integration and cooperation between the two universities to activate the role of regional alliances of Egyptian universities, and in implementation of the presidential initiative "Alliance and Development", which enjoys the support and patronage of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and in line with achieving the goals of the National Strategy for Higher Education and achieving Egypt's Vision 2030, in order to confront the challenges facing the governorate and its industrial zones. El-Kased also stressed the keenness of Menoufia University to establish a partnership with Sadat University and exchange experiences with Menoufia University, in order to achieve the goals of the Delta Region University Alliances, which aim to achieve integration between educational and industrial institutions to achieve the state's vision for sustainable development, and achieve integration and sufficiency in the medical, industrial, agricultural and technological fields, indicating the university's readiness to cooperate and provide the necessary support to Sadat City University, and conduct joint scientific research, in the belief in the role of regional universities in developing local communities, and creating a stimulating climate for localizing and producing knowledge and linking the outputs of scientific research to industry. For her part, Dr. Shaden Moawia welcomed Dr. Ahmed El-Kased and his accompanying delegation, praising the pioneering role of Menoufia University in serving the community and providing continuous support to Sadat University, which contributed significantly to the establishment of Sadat City University and providing it with trained human cadres, stressing the importance of cooperation between the two universities to advance society.
