Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, has issued a decision appointing Mrs. Souad Bayoumi, Head of the Central Administration at the Office of the University President, to assume the duties of Secretary-General of the University.

The University President affirmed that this decision comes as part of the university’s plan to develop its administrative structure and activate leadership capacities in a way that enhances performance efficiency and supports the institutional work system. He noted that the university is currently implementing a comprehensive plan for administrative modernization and development, in line with Egypt’s vision for building modern, competitive, and distinguished institutions.

Prof. Ahmed El-Kased explained that Mrs. Souad Bayoumi is one of the distinguished cadres with extensive administrative experience, having held numerous positions across various university sectors, consistently demonstrating competence in all responsibilities assigned to her.

He congratulated Mrs. Souad Bayoumi on her new appointment, wishing her success in her new duties, and expressing his confidence in her ability to continue driving development and elevating the quality of services provided to the administrative system.
