Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, attended a ceremony honoring Mr. Alaa El-Qady, Director General of the University’s Accounts and representative of the Ministry of Finance, on the occasion of his retirement, in recognition of his distinguished career and dedicated service.
