Menoufia University President Announces Results of Selecting Senior Administrative Leadership Positions within the Administrative Development Plan Media Department 14/05/2026 Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, announced the results of the selection committee for candidates applying for several senior leadership positions at the university. The announcement comes as part of the university’s commitment to appointing distinguished administrative leaders characterized by efficiency, experience, and the ability to support institutional work systems, enhance comprehensive development, and promote institutional excellence and performance efficiency across all sectors. The selected appointments included prominent leadership positions as follows: Ms. Suad El-Sayed Bayoumi as Secretary-General of the University, and Mr. Ashraf Mohamed El-Wazir as Assistant Secretary-General. The list also included: Ms. Hanaa Abdel Daim Hussein as Secretary of the Faculty of Medicine (at the rank of General Director), and Mr. Ali Omar El-Nawa as Secretary of the Faculty of Specific Education (at the rank of General Director). In addition, the results included the appointment of Ms. Abeer Mahmoud Negm as General Director of the General Administration for Community Service Affairs, and Mr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz El-Shazly as General Director of the General Administration for Institutional Development. It is worth noting that Prof. El-Kased had chaired the selection committee for senior administrative leadership positions, which included Prof. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Ghada Ali Hassan, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Prof. Mohamed Zidan, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education; Prof. Ashraf Tawfiq Shams El-Din, former Dean of the Faculty of Law at Fayoum University; Prof. Salah El-Din Ismail, Professor of Business Administration and Dean of the Faculty of Commerce at Capital University; and Prof. Ibrahim Selim, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence at Sadat University. He emphasized that the selection criteria were based on neutrality and transparency, focusing on competence, experience, and the ability to innovate and develop, aiming to select the most capable individuals to achieve institutional objectives and keep pace with digital transformation in university administration.
