The Faculty of Specific Education  , Menoufia University, is launching an awareness campaign on diabetes in cooperation with the Egyptian Society for Family Medicine and the Department of Family Medicine, Faculty of Medicine

Dr. Shaima Atta, lecturer at the Department of Home Economics at the college said that the campaign includes an educational seminar that talks about the nature of the disease, its diagnosis, types, methods of treatment, complications and ways to prevent it.

The campaign was sponsored by Dr. Hanan Yashar, Dean of the College and supervised by Dr. Sahar Abdel Moneim, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.
