Under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, held this morning a meeting with a committee from the Ministry of Manpower in Menoufia, in the presence of  Dr. Eng. Saad Amer, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Manpower, and Dr. Amr Massaad, Director of the University Services Marketing Center at the university, to discuss aspects of joint cooperation and areas of partnership between the university and the Ministry of Manpower in employing young graduates to conclude a cooperation protocol between the two parties and define the terms of the protocol.

The meeting dealt with the work mechanism in organizing awareness seminars to introduce graduates to the labor market and recruiting companies abroad in various disciplines, how to make CVs, and ways to organize various training programs with the help of university cadres that qualify graduates in all their specialties for this labor market, in addition to organizing a large employment forum to be held periodically and organizing exhibitions to introduce them to the programs Available training and providing mutual services to service institutions and studying the work of a cooperation protocol to benefit from university cadres in all advisory services to motivate companies and activate engineering workshops and form a technical committee to measure the degree of skill for graduates to issue certificates and licenses for them, and contribute to the preparation of a guide to job descriptions, and participate in events and services provided People of determination, visiting companies, studying their problems and working to solve them to maximize the values of joint cooperation between them and the university.
