Under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, and Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine organized a training course on "Food Health and Safety and Regulatory Laws PRP - HCCP - ISO22000" under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed El-Fayoumi, Dean of the College, and Dr. Abdel-Rahman. Al-Bajouri, former vice president and professor of food and health control, Dr. Iman Baza, vice dean for community service and environmental development, and Dr. Atef Abdel Jalil, director of the college's veterinary services and consultations center.

 

Al-Fayoumi confirmed that the course aimed at raising food culture among male and female students and food consumers, and training in food inspection procedures, procedures, and the most important decisions and laws regulating food health and safety, and the standard specifications for each product.

 

Dr. El-Sayed Jalila, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Mabrouk Attia, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Marwa Awad, Assistant Professor at the Department of Health and Social Control, Dr. Mai Taj El-Din, Food Safety Consultant, participated in the training course.
