Menoufia University organized a training course in the concepts of internal auditing according to international standards ISO9001:2015/ISO21001:2018 in the item of cases of non-conformity and corrective measures,  under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of the University, and the supervision of Dr. Wafaa Zahran, Director of the Quality Assurance Center at Menoufia University, Dr. Rania Azmy, Deputy Director of the Quality Center at the University, and Ahmed Saleh, Director of the Department of Development and Performance Evaluation for Quality Assurance, in the presence of internal auditors and coordinators in the university’s departments.

Dr. Muhammad Amin of the Arab Company for Engineering Consulting and Systems dealt with an illustrative set of cases of non-conformity and corrective procedures and ways to implement them realistically and correctly, with a discussion of ways to overcome difficulties in implementing them with the internal coordinators in the departments.

It is noteworthy that the session had previously discussed a set of objectives, including reviewing the guiding principles for reviewing quality management systems and the management of educational institutions, developing auditing techniques, clarifying the provisions for applying standards and management systems, and ways to improve quality processes within the institution until reaching the goals, with the need to investigate accuracy during the review on all departments. The course also discussed how to prepare audit plans, prepare checklists, implement the audit, and how to prepare and write final reports for the audit, with the aim of continuing to grant the university an ISO certificate.
