Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, chaired the meeting of the Excellence and Honors Committees and the University Prize Committee for the best scientific thesis for the year 2023, in the presence of Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Hatem Mohamed Sayed Ahmed, Dean of the Faculty Computers and Information, Dr. Ayman Amira, Dean of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, Dr. Mansour Mohamed Ahmed, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Ahmed Al Fayoumi, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Nasser Abdel Bari, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Accountant Jalal Abdel Salam, Secretary General of the University, and Souad Bayoumi, Head of the Central Administration of the University President’s Office And Safwat Abdel Moaty, Director of the Scientific Research Department.

El-Kased indicated that the committee discussed the nominations of applicants for the University Encouragement Award, the Excellence Award, the University Award for Scientific Authoring, and the University Appreciation Award for the year 2023.

The Scientific Research Department of the General Administration of Postgraduate Studies was assigned to empty the files of applicants for each award this year and present them to the award arbitrators to select the best candidates.

The university president also convened the university award committee for the best scientific thesis "Master's and PhD" 2023, and to consider the nominations of applicants for the award.
