Mubarak convenes the Council for Community Service Affairs April 2022 and thanks everyone who contributed to organizing the university's celebration of Orphan's Day

Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, held the monthly session of the Council for Community Service and Environmental Development “Online” for the month of April 2022, with the participation of council members, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Bagoury is the university president’s advisor for community service and environmental development affairs, college deputies for community service and environmental development affairs, general manager of community service affairs, and general manager of environmental projects.

Mubarak began the session by congratulating the members on the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan, may God bring it back to everyone with goodness, Yemen and blessings, and welcoming Dr. Milad Ibrahim for his appointment as Undersecretary of Specific Education for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Shadi for his work as an undersecretary of pharmacy for community service and environmental development.

Mubarak reviewed the report presented on the organization of the university’s celebration of Orphan’s Day, which is organized annually by the community service and environmental development sector, hosting orphaned children from various care institutions and orphanages, celebrating them and presenting gifts to them. The General Administration of Environmental Projects in cooperation with the General Administration of Youth Welfare and the celebration took place under the supervision of Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Bagoury is the university president’s advisor for community service and environmental development affairs.

Mubarak also reviewed the report submitted by the Director General of Environmental Projects on the activities of the ninth cultural environmental week for the colleges, and what was completed in each college about the activities, events and seminars that it organized.

Mubarak briefed the members with the special reports submitted by the General Administration of Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs on the various community events and activities that took place during the month, the reports of the integrated convoys that were directed to the various villages of the governorate, and the recommendations for the seminars organized at the university, which included a symposium on climate change, its causes and repercussions. A symposium on the dangers of terrorism and extremist ideology, and a symposium on the importance of digital transformation.
