This morning, the session of the Council for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs for the month of May 2022 was held under the chairmanship of Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University “Online”, with the participation of the members of the Council, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Bagoury is the university president’s advisor for community service and environmental development affairs, college deputies for community service and environmental development affairs, general manager of community service affairs, and general manager of environmental projects.

The session began with following up on the decisions of the previous session of the Council, followed by briefing the members of the report and recommendations of the 12th International Conference on Sustainable Development of the Faculty of Engineering, the visit of the faculty to the headquarters of the Egyptian Company for Technology Development in the Sixth of October City, and the report on the visits organized by the Faculty of Science to schools of excellence In Science and Technology in Sers El-Liyan, El-Sadat and Kafr El-Sheikh, the members also briefed on the report of the Spring Forum for Creativity for the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Specific Education, reports and recommendations for symposia held by the community service sector in various university faculties, and the report of the Integrated Convoys Department on the activities of the harvest day in the monk’s farm, and the convoy The nursing convoy to the Sabuk Al-Ahad health unit, Ashmoun Center, the nursing convoy to the Benin Shebin El-Koum Foundation, and another to the Dar Al-Rahma Foundation for orphans, the report of the veterinary medical convoy to Tabloha, the convoy of the Faculty of Home Economics to the social unit in the village of Abu Awali, Ashmoun Center, and a convoy to the Girls’ Education Foundation in Sers El-Liyan, and reports on the agricultural convoy to the Farmers Association Saqia Abu Sha'ra Shebin Al-Koum.

The President of the University stressed the importance of preparing for the second semester exams and following up on the implementation of the necessary preventive and precautionary measures to protect against the Corona virus.
