Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University and Acting Vice President of Menoufia Private University, and Dr. Ayman Saleh, CEO of CEB, a leading company in applied biotechnology, signed a cooperation protocol for the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences. Prof. Nancy Asaad pointed out that cooperation with major national companies in the field of biotechnology contributes to the preparation of distinguished cadres in the programs of the College of Applied Health Sciences, strengthens partnerships between the University and various training centers, and encourages innovation and development in the field of biotechnology. This provides students with excellent opportunities for practical research and real employment opportunities, as well as technical and laboratory support for their experiments. It also provides an opportunity to exchange experiences between the two parties and participate in scientific meetings, conferences, and specialized workshops.

Dr. Hiam Ayad added that the collaboration between the Medical Laboratory Technology Program and this company, which specializes in training and scientific research, is an essential part of the college's vision to provide specialized training programs for students. It also offers the possibility of conducting joint applied research in the fields of genetics and advanced biotechnology, making CEB laboratories available for direct practical training on the latest equipment and technologies, and allowing students to participate in the company's projects as student research, post-graduation research, or summer training.
