Al-Gomhouria newspaper publishes in its Sunday issue on its front page, a statement by Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, about the success of a medical team in the plastic surgery department at university hospitals in restoring movement to a young man’s amputated hand after a successful surgery that took 10 hours.
