Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, issued assignment and secondment decisions for general managers and secretaries of faculties, which included transfers for some general managers and secretaries of faculties within the framework of the continuous development of the university's administrative apparatus and its various units and the university's endeavor to move forward towards the continuity of improving the level of performance.

Prof. Ahmed El-Kased pointed out that these assignments aim to develop the performance of administrative leaders and highlight the competencies of successful and qualified administrative cadres, and the university's endeavor to achieve administrative reform within the university, in addition to providing employees with new skills by working under the supervision of general managers with different experiences.

Prof. Ahmed El-Kased pointed out that an objective evaluation is conducted on a permanent basis for the performance of all general managers at the university based on the size of the achievement and implementation of the plan to develop the various units within the university, as well as the method of managing crises and dealing with them, and the extent of the ability to work in a team spirit within the framework of integration and cooperation with the employees under his management.
