Menoufia University President Meets with Deans, Stresses Faculties' Readiness for Second Semester Exams

Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, held a regular meeting with the deans of the faculties, attended by the university's vice presidents, Prof. Sobhi Sharaf for Community Service and Environmental Development and Prof. Nasser Abdel-Bari for Education and Students, and Prof. Ekramy Gamal, Secretary-General of the University. The meeting was held at the Faculty of Medicine, where he was received by Prof. Mohamed El-Nomaani, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, the faculty's vice deans, and the Executive Director of University Hospitals.

The university president began reviewing the meeting's agenda and congratulated Prof. Mansour Mohamed Ahmed on the issuance of the presidential decree appointing him as Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Prof. Ihab Ahmed Mohamed El-Naasan on the issuance of the presidential decree appointing him as Dean of the Faculty of Home Economics. He wished them continued success in their duties.

He expressed his happiness with the students' advanced positions in all the competitions and contests they participated in. The College of Engineering students won first place in the "Think and Leave Your Mark" competition, sponsored annually by the Arab Group of Companies in cooperation with the Faculties of Engineering and Electronic Engineering. The students from the Scout Training Center team at Menoufia University achieved first place in the annual evaluation of scout training centers at Egyptian universities at the final meeting of the Egyptian University Scouts, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports at the Youth City in Abu Qir. The Menoufia University karate team won two bronze medals during their participation in the karate competitions as part of the 52nd Egyptian Universities Sports Tournament held at Cairo University.

The University President praised the activities of the 14th Annual Exhibition of the College of Electronic Engineering for Student and Graduate Projects and the Handicrafts and Technology Exhibition for People of Determination, which included diverse participation from various scientific disciplines within the college and the participating practical faculties. He also praised the innovative ideas presented by the students, noting the importance of adopting outstanding ideas that serve the goals of sustainable development and Egypt's Vision 2030.

The university president followed up with the deans on the final preparations for the second semester exams to ensure a smooth and efficient examination process, provide a suitable environment for students to take their exams in an organized manner, and take the necessary measures, such as ensuring the readiness of examination halls and providing adequate ventilation and lighting, reviewing examination regulations, and coordinating in advance with colleges and departments to set timetables and avoid conflicts between subjects. He emphasized that this close follow-up contributes to achieving transparency and quality in the examination process, which positively impacts student performance.
