Professor Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, issued a series of decisions concerning the transfer and assignment of General Directors and Faculty Secretaries. The reshuffle included movements among senior administrators and faculty secretaries as part of the university’s continuous efforts to develop its administrative system and units, and to advance the overall level of institutional performance.

Professor El-Kased explained that these assignments aim to improve administrative leadership, encourage the exchange of expertise, highlight the competencies of qualified administrative cadres, and promote administrative reform within the university. He noted that the process also helps staff acquire new skills through working under the supervision of experienced directors.

He further emphasized that the performance of all General Directors at the university is subject to continuous, objective evaluation by a Supreme Committee. The assessment is based on measurable achievements, the implementation of unit development plans, effective crisis management, and the ability to work in a team spirit in a cooperative and integrated environment.

The new decisions included the following transfers and assignments:

• Eng. Sohaila Ibrahim Eid – Acting Director-General, General Administration of University Hostels

• Eng. Nagwa Abdel-Moneim Moussa – Acting Director-General, General Administration of Maintenance

• Hany Ibrahim El-Mahdy – Acting Secretary, Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology

• Yasser Ramadan El-Khesht – Acting Director-General, General Administration of Procurement
