Dr. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, and Major General Ibrahim Abu Leimoon, Governor of Menoufia, extended their congratulations to Major General Alaa El-Din El-Gaher, Assistant Minister of Interior and Director of Menoufia Security, on the occasion of the 74th Police Day, during an official visit to the Governorate’s Security Directorate.

The visit was attended by Mohamed Mousa, Deputy Governor; Major General Abdullah El-Deeb, Secretary-General of the Governorate; Brigadier Mohamed Gaafar, Military Advisor; alongside several executive and security leaders.

The delegation also offered congratulations to Major General Ahmed Khadr, Head of the National Security Agency in Menoufia, and all security leadership, in recognition of their national role, dedicated efforts in maintaining security and stability, protecting the country’s resources, and ensuring the safety of citizens.

Dr. El-Kased emphasized that Police Day embodies the values of sacrifice and devotion, reflecting the pivotal national role of police officers in maintaining the country’s security and stability, combating crime and extremism, and providing a safe environment that supports national development and construction.

He highlighted that security is a fundamental pillar for achieving stability and comprehensive development, praising the tremendous sacrifices of police officers and paying tribute to the nation’s fallen heroes and their families, who set exemplary standards of loyalty and dedication in defending Egypt.

For his part, Major General Ibrahim Abu Leimoon, Governor of Menoufia, expressed his deep appreciation for the police’s continuous efforts and sacrifices to maintain security and stability, affirming the ongoing coordination and cooperation between executive and security agencies to support comprehensive development under the wise leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

At the conclusion of the visit, the Director of Menoufia Security and other security leaders expressed their sincere gratitude to the President of Menoufia University and the Governor for the visit, affirming that Police Day is a purely national occasion, and that the police will continue to perform their national duty with dedication to protect the homeland and preserve security and stability.
