Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, met with the newly appointed coordinators of the Central Family for Students for Egypt, accompanied by Dr. Nasser Abdelbary, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Mohamed Zidan, Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education and Head of the Central Family. The meeting included Omar Ibrahim Galal, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, as Family Coordinator, and Ahmed Mahmoud Ezzeldin, Faculty of Law, as Assistant Coordinator, following their official promotion to these positions. Drs. Rania Hamed and Norhan Moussa, Assistant Coordinators, were also present.
The meeting reflects the University’s commitment to supporting national student organizations and enhancing their role in fostering awareness and civic engagement among university youth.
At the outset, the President congratulated the Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator on the trust placed in them by their peers, wishing them success in their new responsibilities. He emphasized that the Students for Egypt Family represents a distinguished model of organized and conscious student work, playing an active role in supporting university activities and instilling values of patriotism and loyalty to the nation.
Dr. El-Kased stressed the University’s commitment to supporting outstanding students and empowering them to take on leadership roles within the campus. He highlighted the importance of teamwork, adherence to university values, and active participation in activities that benefit students and align with Egypt’s national vision for human development.
During the meeting, the President reviewed the proposed action plan for the Family in the coming period, directing a focus on purposeful initiatives that enhance national awareness, foster balanced student personalities, and strengthen community engagement in line with the University’s strategy and Egypt’s national vision for human development.
Dr. Nasser Abdelbary affirmed that the Education and Student Affairs sector gives high priority to supporting serious student organizations and initiatives, particularly the Students for Egypt Family, recognizing its role in preparing responsible, aware student cadres capable of contributing positively to society. He noted that promoting student leaders provides opportunities for distinguished students to gain leadership experience and develop their skills.
On their part, Dr. Mohamed Zidan, the Family Coordinator, and Assistant Coordinator expressed their sincere gratitude to the President for his ongoing support, affirming their commitment to exert maximum effort in the coming period, implement the University’s vision, and actively contribute to serving fellow students while supporting diverse university activities.
