Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, affirmed that the administrative body represents one of the fundamental pillars of the university’s operational system. He emphasized his full commitment to supporting the administrative staff and valuing their pivotal role in ensuring smooth workflow and achieving the university’s objectives, as they are essential partners in the success of the institutional framework, the development of organizational performance, and the improvement of services provided to students and faculty members.
He further stated that the university continues to implement plans aimed at developing the administrative system and enhancing the efficiency of human resources, considering them key partners in achieving institutional quality and transitioning toward a modern management model based on efficiency and governance. He referred to a previously held meeting with general directors and college secretaries, during which mechanisms for developing administrative work, improving performance efficiency, and strengthening discipline and governance across various university sectors were discussed. The meeting also included listening to proposals from administrative leaders to overcome any obstacles affecting workflow. He added that an expanded meeting will be held in the coming period with department directors and staff members to broaden direct dialogue, reinforce team spirit, and foster a positive work environment based on participation and continuous development.
Prof. El-Kased also explained that the university administration places significant importance on improving the living conditions of employees and motivating them to maintain distinguished performance, in recognition of their ongoing efforts in supporting both the educational and administrative processes. He noted that the University Council, in its recent session, approved the disbursement of an excellence bonus of 2,000 EGP to all administrative staff members, coinciding with the approaching holy month of Ramadan.
The President further announced that an additional bonus will be disbursed next month on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, as part of the university’s supportive policy toward its administrative body and its commitment to alleviating employees’ financial burdens, thereby positively reflecting on performance levels and the quality of services provided within the university.
