Menoufia University Students Participate in Training to Support Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Development at the British University in Egypt

Under the patronage of Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, and as part of the university’s commitment to supporting and empowering youth and developing their capabilities, a number of Menoufia Enactus students participated in the GOT & GIZ training program held at the British University in Egypt, organized by Enactus Egypt under the leadership of Dr. Fatma Serry.

Prof.  Ahmed Farag El-Kased affirmed that the university places the development of students’ skills and their preparation for the labor market at the top of its priorities, noting that participation in such specialized programs contributes to preparing a generation capable of innovation and launching entrepreneurial projects that serve society and keep pace with digital transformation.

He added that Menoufia University operates according to a strategic vision aimed at linking academic study with practical application, and strengthening partnerships with national and international institutions to provide real training opportunities for its students, thereby enhancing their expertise and professional readiness.

The President of the University emphasized that investing in youth capabilities is the true investment in the nation’s future, confirming the university’s continued support for all student initiatives that promote a culture of innovation, teamwork, and entrepreneurship.

The training days represented a distinguished educational experience and a genuine journey for acquiring expertise and refining skills. The program addressed fundamental concepts in entrepreneurship, including how to transform ideas into implementable projects through developing a clear business model, conducting an accurate market study, and building strategies based on a real understanding of market needs.

The training also included advanced modules on mastering sales skills and personal branding, enhancing students’ ability to deliver value in a professional and impactful manner. It further emphasized effective management through sessions on operations management, human resources management, and workplace culture, and their role in building strong teams and achieving institutional sustainability.

In addition, the program developed communication and analytical thinking skills, along with presentation and professional writing abilities through sessions on presentation skills, business writing, and proposal development. It also introduced modern tools in digital marketing, content writing, cybersecurity, website development, mobile application development, and artificial intelligence, in line with the evolving demands of the labor market.

Dr. Mohamed El-Sobky, Coordinator of the Office of Talent Discovery and Support, extended his best wishes for success to Menoufia Enactus students in their upcoming endeavors, affirming the continued support for distinguished and ambitious students across various fields.
