Under the patronage and supervision of Dr. Adel Mubarak, the University President, Menofia University directed a medical convoy to the central security sector in Quweisna, starting from the community university's role and the university's plan to take all Precautionary and preventive measures to protect members of Menofia governorate from the risk of the spread of the new virus of Corona.

The medical convoy, headed by Dr. Mahmoud Koura, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, examined the recruits and individuals present to detect any cases and provided a number of medical supplies necessary to avoid infection.

The convoy also gave an overview of the virus, the transmission methods and symptoms of infection, and a detailed explanation of how to prevent infection, and the difference between the influenza virus and Corona virus and the university hospital plan for crisis response, preparation and equipment for any infected cases has been organized according to WHO standards and public safety controls.
