Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, received the shield and certificate of ambassadors of humanity presented by the Arab International Festival for People with Special Needs, which will be held next December entitled "Disability in the Eyes of Humanity". Dr. Samir Hassan Rand, head of the festival's regional office in Menoufia governorate, In recognition of the service and humanitarian work the university provides to the community.
