The university president also praised the students' efforts in voluntary community work, expressing his happiness at the first participation of Menoufia National University in the Scout Festival, and wished everyone a distinguished and successful week, thanking the Youth Care and Scout Management for the good preparation of the thirty-ninth and twenty-third Scout Festival.
