Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of Menoufia University, inaugurated the 39th Scout Festival and the 23rd Guiding Festival, which is held under his patronage and general supervision, Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. The organization was supervised by Dr. Mohamed Shaheen, Director General of Student Welfare, and Dr. Walid Talaat, Director of the Mobile Department at the university.

Mubarak addressed a speech to the students, emphasizing the importance of the mobile activity and the skills acquired by the mobile men and women, developing their ability to make decisions and assume responsibility, acquiring comprehensive self-development skills, deepening the spirit of loyalty, belonging and giving to the community, consolidating the foundations of work in the spirit of the group, and the importance of participating in educating the rest of the students about the national projects that The Egyptian state is witnessing towards the new republic under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic.

The university president also praised the students' efforts in voluntary community work, expressing his happiness at the first participation of Menoufia National University in the Scout Festival, and wished everyone a distinguished and successful week, thanking the Youth Care and Scout Management for the good preparation of the thirty-ninth and twenty-third Scout Festival.

The president of the university launched the signal to start the festival and raised the flag of Egypt and the university on the grounds of the camp, with the participation of the university council, a number of college vice-presidents, directors of youth welfare departments in the participating colleges, and participants from the Schools of Thankful Endeavors and Islamic Education.
