On the sidelines of the participation of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, in the activities of the Third Conference of Presidents of Arab and Russian Universities, which is being held at the University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates, under the auspices of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and President of the University of Sharjah, in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Association of Arab Universities, and with the participation and attendance of a number A large number of Russian and Arab universities.. The university president participated in the visit that was organized on the sidelines of the conference to the Sharjah Academy for Space and Astronomy Science and Technology.

The President of the University praised the academy, which is the world leader in scientific research related to space and astronomy science and technology, which aims to develop and disseminate astronomical and space science and culture in the Arab world in general and in the UAE in particular. The academy also contributes to serving and educating society in all areas of space science.

The university president, accompanied by the delegation, inspected the academy's departments and exhibitions, which include the planetarium, the astronomy exhibition, the space exhibition, the universe exhibition in the Holy Quran, the astronomical observatory, and the cosmic garden.
