Menoufia University announces a recruitment forum next week at the tenth session of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector Council

Under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, this morning, Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, held the tenth session for the year 2022/2023 for the community service and environmental development sector, in the presence of a group of deans and vice-presidents of faculties and members of the Council from abroad. The session began by offering congratulations to Dr. Rania Azmy On the occasion of the issuance of the university president’s decision to assume the position of Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Ashraf Hashem, on the occasion of assuming a general supervisor of the public service center at the university, and also Dr. Abdel-Qawi Abdel-Hakim, for his appointment as supervisor of the Environmental Technology and Consultation Center at the university.
During the session, Sharaf discussed the preparation for holding an employment forum in cooperation between the governorate, Menoufia University and the Labor Directorate, under the auspices of Dr. An electronic recruitment platform to display jobs, their requirements, and the conditions for applying for each job. Sharaf noted the need to hold workshops that serve the needs of the labor market and contribute to qualifying graduates for the required jobs.
The council also dealt with studying the university's bright spots, the extent to which the university uses new and renewable energy, the use of modern methods in educational systems, and reviewed the file of an environment-friendly university and sustainable development. It also reviewed the university's efforts in eradicating illiteracy and adult education, adding to the need to organize technological convoys to eradicate digital illiteracy.
Honor concluded the session by offering congratulations and a certificate of thanks and appreciation to Dr. Ragai Abdel-Fattah, Vice Dean of the College of Engineering for Community Service and Environmental Development, on the end of his mandate to the college for reaching the retirement age.
