Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, received today Counselor Ibrahim Abu Zahra, President of the Shebin El-Kom College Court, and Head of the Governorate Election Follow-up Committee.

El-Kased welcomed the President of the Court and stressed the importance of communication and cooperation with judicial bodies. The two sides also discussed aspects of mutual cooperation between them, especially the arrangement and preparation for the presidential elections.

The President of the Court also expressed his happiness with this visit and praised the role of Menoufia University, a beacon of knowledge in the heart of the Delta, its pioneering role in the educational and research process, and the achievements achieved in all sectors of the university and the National University.


Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, accompanied by Counselor Ibrahim Abu Zahra and Major General Amr Raouf, Director of Menoufia Security, inspected the covered hall at the University Stadium in preparation for holding the presidential elections, accompanied by Counselor Dr. Hossam Arayed, Vice President of the State Litigation Authority, and Major General Youssef Fakhir, Assistant Director of Menoufia Security.


Dr. Ahmed El-Kased indicated that the tour comes within the framework of determining the readiness of the covered hall to receive the papers and supplies of the electoral process, in addition to securing the place in terms of search, order, civil protection, and securing all entrances and exits of the hall and doors.


The university president also indicated that the university has completed its preparations to receive the upcoming presidential elections, which are scheduled to be held on December 10, 11, and 12.


It is noteworthy that Menoufia Governorate includes 500 electoral headquarters, 12 main committees, 574 sub-committees, in addition to 6 expatriate committees, and the electoral committees receive 2 million, 851 thousand and 466 voters at the governorate level to cast their votes.
