Under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, the university organized a youth dialogue session to enhance capabilities and economic empowerment in cooperation with the General Authority for Inquiries, on the sidelines of the activities of the presidential initiative "A New Beginning for Human Building" under the supervision and attendance of Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, with the aim of creating a path for the Egyptian citizen towards self-development, health, education, sports, cultural and behavioral development in order to provide a healthy, educated, empowered, capable, aware, cultured and moral citizen to society.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of the University, stressed the university's keenness to provide the necessary support to improve the quality of life for all citizens, which is what the presidential initiative "A New Beginning for Human Building" aims to achieve, by providing the services of the Egyptian government in the fields of education, health, culture, sports and employment in an integrated manner between all participating parties, in line with what the government has committed to in its work program for the period 2024 - 2027, and activating full integration between the various parties in terms of the type of service, timing of its provision and geographical location; To ensure the quality of service provided to the citizen, as well as fair distribution, which is reflected in the globally recognized human development indicators.

Dr. Sobhi Sharaf pointed out that the university always seeks to develop the capabilities of young people in various fields to create a generation capable of keeping pace with the labor market and capable of self-learning and managing small, medium and micro enterprises to empower them economically, stressing the university's keenness on fruitful cooperation with all sectors and integrated work to provide good services to the citizen, which is what the initiative aims for, in addition to teaching young people the correct moral and religious values.

The symposium addressed ways to enhance the capabilities of youth and empower them economically and the advantages of small projects in cooperation with the Project Development Agency, Entrepreneurship at the General Authority for Investment, and the announcement of the map of entrepreneurship, small, medium and micro enterprises and support for innovation in projects, in the presence of Dr. Ihab Hegazy, Regional Director and Head of the Project Development Agency in Menoufia, Emad Saeed, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Manpower, Ahmed Al-Halfawy, Head of the Central Administration for Entrepreneurship at the General Authority for Investment, Dr. Muhammad, Deputy of the Undersecretary of the Youth and Sports Directorate, Walaa Mohi El-Din, Director of the Nile Media Center in Menoufia, and with the participation of the entities of Shabab Bahri and Sawaeed Shabab Misr.
