Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University and the person in charge of running the affairs of Menoufia Private University, received Major General Ibrahim Abuleimon, Governor of Menoufia, and Ambassador Christian Berger, Ambassador of the European Union in Cairo, and the accompanying delegation at Menoufia Private University in the presence of Professor Mohamed Moussa, Deputy Governor, Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Hashem, Dean of the Engineering Sector, Dr. Ashraf Balbaa, Dean of the Medical Sector, Accountant Mohamed Saeed, Secretary General of Menoufia Private University, and directors and coordinators of programs at the university.

This meeting comes within the framework of the ambassador's visit to the governorate, where the university president welcomed the guests, expressing his happiness with this important meeting at Menoufia Private University, which is one of the distinguished educational institutions that were established in implementation of the vision of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, and his strategy to expand the establishment of private universities to provide a distinguished educational service through new educational programs that meet the needs of the labor market away from the usual traditional specializations, and qualify graduates to implement Egypt's Vision 2030, and the strategy for developing higher education. The university president stressed that the university's faculties, which number 10 and include 17 distinguished programs, are: (Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, Faculty of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Clinical Pharmacy, Pharm D Program, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences Technology, which includes 4 programs: Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiology and Medical Imaging Technology, Respiratory Care Technology, Dental Prosthetics Technology, Faculty of Nursing, which includes 3 tracks: "Emergency Nursing Care Track, Midwifery Track, Neonatal Delivery Track", Faculty of Engineering, which includes 3 tracks: Smart Cities Planning and Construction, Materials Engineering and Manufacturing Management, Computer Engineering, which includes 3 tracks: "Cloud Computing, High Performance Computing, Cybersecurity", Faculty of Computer and Artificial Intelligence, which includes 3 programs: Internet of Things and Big Data Analysis, Machine Intelligence, Data Science, and Faculty of Basic Sciences, English Language and Specialized Translation Program, provide distinguished educational opportunities, and have achieved an advanced position at the level of private universities, and have become one of the bright spots on the map of the new republic. The university president, the governor, and the European Union Ambassador also discussed ways of joint cooperation between the university and the European Union to advance the education sector, and everyone directed To an inspection tour of the Medical Sciences Building, the Engineering Sciences Building, laboratories and classrooms, and met with students during practical sections.

During the meeting, the Governor of Menoufia congratulated the students on the occasion of the start of the school year, wishing them a distinguished educational path for a better future, especially since private universities aim to achieve contemporary development in education programs at the international level and provide an educational service that keeps pace with fourth-generation universities, and create a better future for the people of the governorate.

The ambassador praised the advanced level of Menoufia Private University, which he described as a dream that exceeded his expectations. The university president responded to the ambassador's questions about the possibility of establishing international partnerships between private universities and internationally ranked universities. The meeting also discussed the medical sector, the health care system, and the presidential initiatives related to health and treatment care provided by the state to citizens, praising the level of Egyptian doctors and their distinguished presence in hospitals around the world, and the importance of optimal investment in university education and providing greater opportunities for study programs that keep pace with contemporary development at the level of countries around the world. He also praised the extent of developments and achievements witnessed in the governorate, and the comprehensive development in the educational process, thanking the governor and the university president for the warm reception, expressing his happiness with this visit that witnessed many activities.
