Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, held a meeting of the University Needs Committee in the presence of Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Nasser Abdel-Bari, Vice President of the University for Education and Students Affairs, Dr. Mansour Mohamed, Dean of Law, Dr. Ahmed El-Fayoumi, Dean of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Hatem Mohamed Sayed Ahmed, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information, Dr. Osama Hegazy, Dean of the Liver Institute, Dr. Khaled Hamza, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Dr. Hossam El-Fel, Dean of the Oncology Institute. And Counselor Omar Turki, Legal Advisor to the President of the University.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Ahmed El-Kased congratulated the members of the committee and the university staff on the New Year, and also congratulated the Coptic brothers on the approaching Christmas.
The university president expressed his happiness with the goals achieved by Menoufia University during the past period and the university's progress in international rankings, stressing that the university continues to achieve its ambitious plans and implement many new projects and facilities, and add new study programs that keep pace with the local and international labor market at Menoufia University and the private university, praising the spirit of cooperation between university staff to achieve the goals and the university's strategic plan.
During the meeting, the university president discussed the needs of the faculties to assign teaching assistants according to the five-year plan for each faculty and the needs of the departments, stressing the commitment to the five-year plan approved by the university council with a commitment to transparency and objectivity when developing the needs plan and that the appointment be in accordance with the actual needs of the faculties and the rules set by the Supreme Council of Universities in accordance with the Universities Regulation Law.
The committee also discussed the five-year plan for the Faculty of Pharmacy and the restructuring of the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology, the announcement of the Faculty of Commerce and Special Education in addition to the needs of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and the Oncology Institute.
