Based on the instructions and directives of the political leadership regarding the attendance of students to watch the alignment of elements of the armed forces, and under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of the University, and the supervision of Dr. Nasser Abdel-Bari, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Mohamed Shaheen, Director General of the General Administration of Student Care, a delegation of 80 male and female students visited the Huckstep Base "Marshal Tantawi".
Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of the University, pointed out the importance of this visit, which comes within the framework of consolidating the values of loyalty and belonging among students and the university's commitment to providing more opportunities that contribute to strengthening national values among its students and introducing them to the capabilities of the armed forces and the efficiency of our great army and enhancing their confidence in their army and its high capabilities to perform its duties in protecting the homeland and citizens.
Dr. Nasser Abdel Bari Ali also pointed out that the university students feel proud of their great army, noting that the university is keen to provide the necessary support and provide the opportunity for students to visit military facilities and national projects to develop the values of loyalty and belonging for our students.
The event was held in fruitful cooperation between the Military Education Department, under the supervision of Colonel Mustafa Abdullah Akid, Director of the Department, and the Leadership Preparation Department under the supervision of Osama Daif, Director of the Department, and in the presence of Dr. Shaima Mohsen Atta and the supervision of Asmaa Al-Hadi and Nadia Al-Masry.
The visit was held in an atmosphere of love, optimism and hope surrounding all aspects of the place. The delegation passed between its various weapons and heard a comprehensive explanation from the accompanying officers about each weapon and its military missions.
At the end of the visit, elements of the students were hosted to hold a television interview with them, in which they expressed their overwhelming happiness and confidence in the capabilities of the armed forces and our wise leadership
