Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, received Dr. Mohamed Anas Jaafar, Professor of Public Law and Former Governor of Beni Suef, prior to his participation in the defense of a doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Law entitled “The Political Responsibility of the President of the Republic,” in the presence of Prof. Mansour Mohamed Ahmed, Dean of the Faculty of Law.

The President of the University welcomed Dr. Mohamed Anas Jaafar, expressing his pride in this visit, which reflects the strong ties between Menoufia University and distinguished national and academic figures.
