In support of the people of the Gaza Strip, Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, participated in filling the boxes of aid during his inspection of the work of preparing urgent humanitarian and relief aid, which includes all basic needs of food aid and living supplies, which is carried out in full coordination between the executive bodies in the governorate and the Red Crescent Society, civil society organizations, businessmen and the university to provide the needs of our brothers in the Gaza Strip.

The President of the University was accompanied by Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and they were received by Mohamed Moussa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Red Crescent Society, Engineer Mustafa Basyouni, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Abdullah Ayyad, Treasurer of the Society.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased praised the efforts of the political leadership in order to calm the situation and stop the fire in the Gaza Strip.

El-Kased added that the Egyptian state is keen to continue the flow of humanitarian aid convoys through the Rafah crossing in a scene that reflects great solidarity with the brotherly Palestinian people, praising the efforts made to help the people of the Strip, which embodies the solidarity of national institutions, and reflects the keenness of the Egyptian state, led by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to support the brothers in the Gaza Strip.

The President of Menoufia University appreciated the efforts of the Egyptian Red Crescent Society and the comprehensive relief efforts they are making towards the brothers in the Gaza Strip, in addition to their pioneering role in charitable and community work, stressing the university's keenness to cooperate with civil society institutions to serve the community and the people of the governorate.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased also praised the efforts of Menoufia University students volunteering in the association and their keenness to participate in public work and provide assistance to the people of Gaza.
