Prof. Ahmed Elkased, President of Menoufia University, announced the accreditation of the International Center for Faculty and Leadership Development at Menoufia University as a certified training center by the National Center for Training and Leadership Development at the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Universities. He affirmed that this accreditation strengthens the University’s role in enhancing the competencies of faculty members and academic leaders in accordance with nationally approved standards.
Prof. Elkased praised this new achievement by the Center, commending its activities and programs, as well as the diverse training courses it offers to develop trainees’ abilities and equip them with various skills to improve their professional and cognitive performance. He also extended congratulations to all staff members of the Center for maintaining its status among the top training centers nationally.
He further congratulated the University community, Prof. Ghada Ali, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Dr. Gamalat Youssef, Director of the Center, on this new accomplishment.
Prof. Elkased stressed the importance of continuous training, improving performance, and enhancing the efficiency of faculty members and staff through specialized and diverse training programs that equip participants with the necessary skills. He highlighted the need for precisely identifying the target groups of each program, in addition to developing a clear training package that aligns with the University’s approach to ongoing training and lifelong learning.
Prof. Ghada Ali Hassan, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, also commended the Center’s activities and its wide range of training courses aimed at developing trainees’ capabilities and providing them with various skills to enhance their professional and cognitive performance. She congratulated all staff members for the renewal of the Center’s accreditation as one of the leading national training centers.
