Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, issued several important decisions to appoint and renew the assignment of a number of heads of department councils in the university's faculties, as part of his plan to develop the work system, ensure the regularity of the educational process, and prepare to receive the new academic year in all departments in the faculties, and develop the study plan for each department, prepare study schedules, and organize lecture times.

The university president issued decisions to appoint heads of department councils for each of:
- Dr. Nadia Abdel-Ghani El-Bermawy, Professor of the Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Arts.
- Dr. Amani Ibrahim El-Shenawy, Professor of the Department of Psychology.
- Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Donia, Professor of the Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology.
- Dr. Mervat Farag Metwally, Professor of the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science.
- Dr. Samia Youssef Abu Heiba, Professor of the Department of Zoology, Faculty of Science.
- Dr. Tawfiq Mohamed Abdel-Mottaleb, Professor of the Department of Clinical Microbiology and Immunology at the National Liver Institute.
- Yasser Kamal Moussa, Professor of the Department of Hepatology, Gastroenterology and Nutrition in Children at the National Liver Institute.
- Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahid Gaber, Professor of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology at the Faculty of Medicine.

Dr. Atef Mohamed El-Faqih, a full-time professor in the Department of Commercial Law, is entrusted with the duties of chairing the department council.
