Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, has approved the results of the fifth-year Bachelor of Dental Surgery Program (Post-Clinical Phase) for the 2025/2026 academic year, marking the graduation of the first graduating class from the Faculty of Dentistry. The class achieved a 100% pass rate, and Prof. El-Kased extended his congratulations to the graduates and their families, wishing them continued success in their academic and professional careers.

Prof. El-Kased emphasized that the graduation of the Faculty’s first graduating class marks a significant milestone in the University’s history and reflects the continuous support provided to the Faculty since its establishment. He noted that the University has been committed to providing an integrated educational and clinical training system in accordance with the latest academic standards, preparing highly qualified dentists equipped with the knowledge and clinical competencies required to serve the community and compete successfully in the labor market.

He added that the University has attached great importance to students’ practical training by providing a modern educational environment within its teaching and clinical dental clinics, ensuring that graduates acquire the practical experience necessary before entering professional practice. He stressed that this achievement is the result of the collective efforts of the Faculty’s administration, academic staff, teaching assistants, and administrative personnel.

Prof. El-Kased further explained that the Faculty’s outpatient clinics currently include 90 dental treatment units providing both clinical training and healthcare services. He described this as a strategic step toward completing the University's newest medical facility, which will strengthen healthcare services provided to the people of Menoufia Governorate while offering an advanced clinical training environment for undergraduate students, dental interns, and postgraduate students.

He also affirmed that Menoufia University continues to implement its expansion plan for medical and educational facilities in line with the State’s vision for advancing higher education and improving the quality of healthcare services, emphasizing that the University Dental Hospital will become a valuable addition to the University's network of university hospitals.

For his part, Prof. Salah Hegazy, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, stated that the results reflect the students’ outstanding academic performance and the tremendous efforts made by the Faculty throughout their years of study.
