Dr. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, approved transfer movements for five general managers at the university, as part of the university's plan to upgrade the administrative apparatus and develop performance within the university.

The university president explained that an objective evaluation is conducted on a permanent basis for the performance of all general managers at the university, based on the extent of achievement and implementation of the plan to develop the various units within the university, as well as the method of managing and dealing with crises, and the extent of the ability to work in a team spirit within the framework of integration and cooperation with the employees under his management.

El-Kased indicated that the rotation aims to achieve several goals, the most important of which are developing performance, strengthening administrative leadership, and enhancing the principle of relying on competition in order to encourage competencies from successful and qualified administrative cadres, as well as activating administrative reform within the university.

El-Kased added that one of the most important positives of rotation for leaders is that employees benefit from working under the supervision of managers with different backgrounds and methods, which contributes to acquiring diverse skills and knowledge.
