Menoufia University, in cooperation with the Tanta Recruitment and Mobilization District, organized a ceremony to hand over certificates of exemption from conscription and termination of conscription positions for university students of determination, in the presence of Dr. And Dr. Sobhi Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Colonel Muhammad Fawzy, Deputy of the Tanta Recruitment and Mobilization District, and Lieutenant Colonel Mahmoud Galal, Head of the Recruitment Department in Menoufia Governorate.

At the beginning of the meeting, the attendees witnessed a documentary film about the history of the establishment of Menoufia University and a review of its various faculties, produced and directed by the University's Media Production Unit.

In his speech, the University President congratulated His Excellency the President of the Republic on the new Gregorian year, wishing a new year full of achievements.

He also congratulated the Coptic brothers on their holidays, and congratulated the employees of Menoufia University on the occasion of the celebration of the forty-sixth annual anniversary of the university.

He also thanked and appreciated the Armed Forces and the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Defense for their great efforts at home and abroad in order to protect the beloved homeland, Egypt. Mubarak extended a special greeting to the university students of determination with extraordinary capabilities, as they are always called.

He pointed out that what is happening now to people of determination is the best evidence of the facilities that the armed forces are doing for the people of the country, appreciating the role of the state under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, in providing concerns for people of determination through the “Able to Differently” initiative launched by the President of the Republic. Today is the fourth edition of Able to Be Different, and this comes within the framework of President El-Sisi’s keenness to integrate “the capable of differently” into the new republic since he assumed the presidency of Egypt, to support them in all fields and enhance their capabilities.

For his part, Brigadier General Mohamed Abdel Moneim Kabil, Director of Tanta Recruitment and Mobilization District, thanked and appreciated Menoufia University for the warm reception and facilitating the work of medical examination procedures and their appearance in a decent and honorable appearance.

And he pointed out that the Organization and Administration Authority of the Armed Forces and the Department of Recruitment and Mobilization were keen to implement everything available to serve students of determination to facilitate and reduce the burden on their shoulders, because this is our duty towards our children with all love and honesty because they are capable of differently, and to consolidate the bonds of love and brotherhood, especially as they accompany New year solutions.

He congratulated the President of the University on the occasion of the university's forty-sixth birthday, wishing him best wishes and more successes and achievements.

At the end of the ceremony, military service termination certificates were presented to students of determination, and a memorial photo was taken with students of determination and outstanding abilities.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Osama Madani, Media Adviser to the President of the University and Dean of the Faculty of Arts, a number of deans and deans of the university’s faculties, Dr. Muhammad Shaheen, Director General of Youth Welfare, Major General Imad Al-Masaidi, Director General of Internal Security, Lieutenant Colonel Adel Lashin, Director of Military Education at the university, students of determination, and parents. matters, and the ceremony was presented by Dr. Ahmed Gharbeyeh.
