Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, received Dr. Osama Hegazy, Dean of the National Liver Institute, and Dr. Ahmed Attia, Assistant Professor of Hepatology and Gastroenterology and the new Executive Director of the National Liver Institute Hospital.

The President of the University congratulated him on assuming the position of Executive Director of the hospital, stressing that the Liver Institute is one of the distinguished medical institutions that receive thousands of patients annually from Egypt and the Arab world to treat liver diseases and perform precise surgeries with high skill in the field of liver transplantation, liver surgery, bile ducts, pancreas and digestive system, adding that the institute includes a distinguished group of the most skilled professors and doctors in liver treatment, surgery and transplantation, as well as the latest diagnostic and therapeutic devices in the world, wishing success and good luck to the Executive Director and all members of the institute, and urging them to make more efforts in the field of research and provide health care for liver patients in Egypt and the Arab world.
