Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, mourns with deep sorrow and grief Dr. Mufid Shehab, the former Minister of Higher Education and one of the prominent legal figures in Egypt and the Arab world, who passed away after a long journey of distinguished scientific and academic contributions.

He played a significant national role in supporting higher education issues and serving the nation through an extended career of public service and institutional dedication.
