Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, extended his sincere congratulations to H.E. He emphasized that the political leadership is moving steadily to enhance Egypt’s regional and international standing, consolidate the foundations of security and stability, and advance development across various sectors, particularly education, healthcare, and infrastructure.

On this cherished occasion, the President of Menoufia University renewed his pledge to H.E.
