Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, has issued a decision assigning Prof. Sobhy Sharaf, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, to supervise the Education and Student Affairs Sector at the University. This decision comes within the framework of ensuring the regular functioning of the sector and the continued development of the educational process and the services provided to students.

The decision follows the issuance of a Presidential Decree appointing Prof. Nasser Abdelbary, the former Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, as President of Sadat City University.

Prof. El-Kased affirmed that the Education and Student Affairs Sector represents one of the fundamental pillars of the University’s institutional system, given its vital role in overseeing the progress of the educational process and examinations, providing support to students, and organizing student activities that contribute to developing their skills and shaping their personalities.

The President of the University also noted that the assignment of Prof. Sobhy Sharaf reflects appreciation for his distinguished academic and administrative experience, wishing him success in performing his new responsibilities alongside his duties in the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, in a manner that supports the University’s ongoing development and ensures the provision of the highest level of educational and student services.

For his part, Prof. Sobhy Sharaf expressed his sincere appreciation and gratitude to the President of the University for the confidence placed in him, affirming his commitment to exerting every effort to advance the Education and Student Affairs Sector and to provide a supportive educational environment for students, in line with the University’s vision for the development of the higher education system.
